3) Completely define all parameters for the business
- What business are we in?
- What is our mission statement?

- How will we fund the business?
4)Transform broad ideas from original business plan into reachable goals for our business to succeed
5) Collaborate with group member to accomplish previous steps

Process of Drafting Market Analysis

-where they spend time
-who they spend time with
-what they spend time doing
-where they would be willing to enter events
4) Analyze this information to develop our marketing strategy
5) Visit and interview potential event sponsors

Minutes From Second Life Meeting

-business that doesn't require real estate
-organize events such as golf tournaments, tennis tournaments, extreme sports
-second life can host all types of sports
-no tournament organizaions currently exist as far as we can tell

-these sports can be integrated with online video game play in the future
-such as tiger woods PGA tour 2012
-we could use golf courses designed by the game on second life

-profit would could from company sponsors inside and outside of second life and entry fees
-our job would be to organize places to house events, organize participants, line up sponsors, and advertise the events
-It would take a 100% effort to accomplish but it can work with dedication

Team Awesome Shirts

We are Ned Reynolds and David Bleckley. This is our blog for our Second Life Business. We are juniors at Clemson. I (Ned) am 157 pounds from Burlington, North Carolina. One of my favorite sounds is the sound of waves crashing and wind blowing at the beach. David is 194 pounds from Boiling Springs, South Carolina and he loves golf.

The business plan we have come up with involves a service rather than a product. Our idea of a smart second life business avoids the hassle of real estate. We have decided we must find a better way to make SL money than by sitting in a chair for 15 minutes to make 2 dollars.
